A prestigious restaurant nestled in the green hills of Montmartre!This historic restaurant has recently gone through a radical change, with the arrival of the young and talented chef Yohann Paran. So far it's been a splendid challenge and a brilliant adventure. He dusted off the place, and brought in with him a new dynamic, and a loyal staff that includes the head sommelier Mehdi Zerizer and Madame Paran at the front, adding a real feminine touch to the establishment. And as you experience dining at its finest, you will also enjoy an ambiance that remains intimate and cozy - there are several spacious dining areas fashioning an "ésprit de maison." You'll almost forget you're in a restaurant! And you will be well taken care of by your hosts, with an air of discretion and "delicatesse." When it's nice out, you are welcome to have your meal out on the lovely shady terrace. And in the evening, the terrace is lit up with candles and lanterns ... capturing the full charm of Montmartre! |

You'll be taken on a magnificent discovery of epicurean delights. The menu is full off seasonal offerings, creating a melange of sweet and exotic combinations. There's the licorice & salmon, or the praline & foie gras ... pure culinary art! And the bread is homemade. |
