Located close to Bercy and Cours Saint Emilion, l’Oulette is probably the best restaurant from the East side of Paris with the best quality/price ratio. Its cuisine is from the Languedoc region and is full of inventive notes. Marcel Baudis, the chef and owner, uses the best of seasonal produce to create his dishes, he tests them, works them, and make them evolve.
The menu changes constantly. You will find one of the best wine lists from the Languedoc-Roussillon in Paris ; you will taste the Mas Daumas Gassac, a surprising wine from the region. Bordeaux and Burgundy wines are also available.
It currently offers cream of green asparagus, crème & feuilleté au carvi 13€, fried langoustines with truffle oil and vegetables tempura 23€, shoulder of lamb parmentier with sweet potatoes 25€, chocolate meringue cake with raspberry puree 10€…. dessert; 32€ formula with 3 dishes. A 48€ season formula (tasting menu) including wines is available for the whole table
